Roland Weissman:

After five years in the two top real estate firms in Snowmass Village, Roland is excited at the opportunity to work in Aspen with Brian Hazen, a perennial top producer at the pinnacle of his career.  Roland is a skilled real estate professional with experience in drafting contracts, transaction management, and marketing luxury homes.  He brings his enthusiasm, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills to Team Hazen.
 
Roland was born and raised in New York and New Jersey and came to Aspen shortly after earning a degree in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Like many locals, his plan was to stay for one ski season, but the Roaring Fork Valley has since become his permanent home. Roland enjoys the many recreational opportunities available in Aspen, but is most passionate about the vibrant and genuine people that the valley attracts.  His interests include playing Ice Hockey and coaching youth Lacrosse in Aspen’s booming program.
 
Roland is married to his college sweetheart and best friend, Lauren. The two are currently starting a family and live in Basalt.

Kim Briscoe:

Kim is the VP of Marketing at Mason Morse and brings over 18 years of experience to her position, having directed Mason Morse's cutting-edge marketing programs and branding since 2005. She draws from her prior experience in real estate including marketing, project management, due diligence and asset management in both the residential and commercial industry. Prior to joining Mason Morse, Kim worked at Apartment Realty Advisors in Denver as VP of Operations. Kim has also worked for Sarofim Realty Advisors, Prologis, Archstone Smith, and Security Capital Atlantic.

Kim brings an enthusiasm around marketing, providing creative means, strategic tools and branding to the company so that brokers can better position themselves in this highly competitive market.

Kim moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2003 and enjoys skiing, boating, hiking, sketching, and traveling.
